Sales Support Admin – Bank

Location: Expo | East (Near MRT)

Salary: Basic $2,050 (1-year contract)

Ø Job Description:

• Manage calls from customers enquiring on the program

• Call customers to follow-up on document submissions and ensuring complete submission

• Assisting sales officers to send and reply emails

• Need to work very closely with the operation team

• Follow up on incomplete applications

• Checking all documents sent in by customers are of the correct format

• Responding to emails from other institutions

• Leads management

• Processes relating to ESMS

• MIS Reporting

Requirements

• Currently residing in Singapore

• Min 1 year of related experience

• Able to start immediately
