Job decription :
- Planning all aspects of medical operations in community care facility, including logistics, finance, manpower.
- Assist in daily medical operations in community care facility
- Ensuring the operation run smoothly
- Monitoring and sustaining team morale and well-being
- Handle internal and external communications related to said operations
- Operation planning, Stakeholder management,regulatory compliance, quality management
Requirement :
- Diploma/Degree in any fields
- Comfortable with doing 12 hr shift 8am to 10pm
- Keen interest in healthcare sector
- Good team player
- No experience welcome!
