Job Duties:
* Manage incoming calls * Familiarise with all of our electrical appliances and services * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction * Attend to walk-in customers to generate sales or attend to after-sales needs. * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution * Approve and store digital records of customer warranty * Communicate with potential customers on online platforms, follow up with arranged deliveries/exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction * Follow communication procedures/templates, guidelines and policies * Take the extra mile to engage customers Requirements: * Prior customer support experience * Fluent in English and Mandarin * Strong foundation in language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing * Strong phone handling skills and active listening * Familiar with basic computer applications (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Chrome, Outlook) * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively .
Working location: 459-461 Geylang Road, Singapore 389420
Work Timing: 8.30am to 5pm Salary: $1600 / month (including CPF)
