Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Sales closures of lending and Credit Card portfolio related products.

- Understand and manage the platform, in event of a customer query.

- Cross sell lending products.

- Ensure growth of sales offer was made.

Desirable

- Experience within customer service, call center preferred

- Experience with relationship building with internal and external customers
