Call Center Associate for 3 months! START IMMEDIATE!
Outram
Monday - Sunday (5 days work week)
830am - 6pm
$8 - $8.50 per hour
Job Scopes:
- Mend general hotline
- Make calls to patients to briefly explanation of charges and bills relate matters
- Answer phone inquiries
- Data entry
- General admin duties
- Follow-up with patients, families, insurers and employers for outstanding documents and contact details
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum possess of A Level or Diploma in relevant field
- Comfortable to work in hospital / clinic settings
- Able to commit 3 months
