Locations : Islandwide - Currently at City Hall & Woodlands
Durations : Immediate to 12 months
Work Shifts : Work 2 days, Rest 2 days (Up to 44 hours per week)
Salary : Up to $2800 per month + allowances + bonus
Job Description
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking (level 1 troubleshooting work)
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Requirements
- Singaporeans only
- Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- No experience is required
- Willing to travel to various sites for work
