CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR

Permanent

Salary up to $2500 

5 Days week

Mon-Fri 9-6pm

Location: Multiple

Duties:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Resolving and acknowledging customer complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Carry out administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma
• Excellent communication skills(verbal and written)
• Experience in sales and telemarketing are preferred but not essential.
• Have initiative and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words and Excel).
• Only Singaporeans.
