Your business:
• Learning and understanding the different functions in the organization, from planning to budgeting, to sales and recruitment.
• Building clientele base and working with clients on providing solutions and building long-term relationships.
• Building systems and developing training tools to smoothen the processes in personal and organizational work.
• Being a positive and uplifting influence on our closely knitted and synergized squad. :)
Candidate Requirements:
• Already possess or are currently pursuing a Local Singapore Diploma or Degree of any discipline.
• 21 years old and above
• Possess a good attitude of hard work, resilience, initiative, and a strong growth mindset with the willingness to learn, so as to be in line with stepping up into leadership and management roles in the near future.
• Without experience are still welcomed to apply! :)
• Singapore Citizen and PR only
Selected candidates will go through 2 interviews, comprehensive and systematic training to excel in various departments as well as build up leadership skills to be part of our management team. This provides great exposure for future management of various departments.
