Employment type: Part-Time with benefits

Salary: $1200 per month + bonuses

Working Hours: 3 days a week, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist with documentation for training and briefing sessions
• Prepare surveyor pass and briefing kits
• Print and collate briefing materials, including coordinating and issuing vouchers
• Track voucher usage against daily data extracts to ensure the system is updated
• Prepare utilisation report at the end of each project
• Search and match data across databases
• Assist with any other tasks that may be assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table etc)
• Strong numeracy skills and comfortable with data
• Singaporeans only
