Responsibilities:

• Ensure phone call and email enquiries and feedback are responded to efficiently and professionally
• Log all cases into CRM system for smooth follow up 
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least GCE O Level with 2 years of contact centre/call centre experience, or Diploma in any field
• Passionate in customer service

Other Information

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Duration: 24 February 2021 to 23 May 2021
