Japanese Translator

Candidate need to take care of finance group (BM-invoicing and Finance).

Responsibilities

· Responsible in handling financial accounting (month end closing summary report, Monthly GM

report, Quarter and Annual Financial Reports for the division.

· Interprets meeting and video conference with Japan HQ and division as well as suppliers and

customers.

· Provision of Business Level Japanese to English translation with accuracy and consistency.

· Prepare Financial presentation (powerpoint) for senior management in Japanese & English.

· Prepare and perform translation support for various reports & emails & calls.

· Translate document such as Financial Reports and other operational documents

· Attend weekly meeting with management and taking minutes.

. Support in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by GM.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree Holder in Accounting /Business Administrative/or any relevant field.

· Good command of Business Level Japanese and English with JLPT certified N1 (speaking, listening,

reading, writing).

· Experience as interpreter/translator in accounting & finance.

· Over 3 years’ experience from Japanese manufacturing business

· Good in using Microsoft Excel and powerpoint.
