Sales Coordinator / Customer Service (Manufacturing / Heavy Industry @ Gul)

Basic Salary : $2200 - $2500 + Overtime Pay if required


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation, reports, marketing material and any others documents
  • Process customer orders
  • Liaise with customer, marketing and internal departments on the order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with store, customer, forwarding agent to arrange for shipment
  • Preparation of shipping documents (Delivery order, packing list, invoice & COO etc.)
  • Data entry with accuracy 
  • Maintain good rapport with customers
  • Any other ad hoc duties assign by superior

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Purchasing Assistant (Manufacturing / Heavy Industry @ Gul)

Basic Salary : $2000-$2200 + Overtime Pay if required


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea supplier.
  • Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
  • Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with supplier.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
  • Liaise with accounts for daily invoice and delivery noted
  • Monitoring Inventory levels and processing of inventory transaction generated from cut lists and material requisitions

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Level and above
  • Training will be provided
  • Able to start work within short notice

Admin Assistant (Heavy / Metal Industry) @ Tuas) 

Basic Salary : $2000-$2500 


Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Liaise with senior managers to handle documentation preparation and requests
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'A' Level / Diploma holder 
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
