ADMIN EXECUTIVE

5 day work week

Mon- Fri ( 9-6pm )

Location: Multiple

JOB SCOPE / DUTIES:

• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, verify and filing documents.
• Schedule meetings, preparing/disseminating information with internal and external parties.
• Produce data reports, meeting minutes, and presentation slides as required.
• Source for vendors and seek quotations within assigned budget.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Support the company’s HR in recruitment, Marketing functions, and assisting with various upcoming events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least a Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Words & Powerpoint )
• Prior experience is not required, but independence and computer literacy is a must.
• Well-organized, responsible and Meticulous.
• Able to converse fluently in Mandarin to liaise with the Chinese associates is required.
• Only Singaporeans.
