QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER @ JURONG EAST [BASIC UP TO $3500]

$3000 to $3500 (monthly)

⚠️ Basic: Up to $3500 + Allowances


Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm
  • Sat - 9am to 1pm

⚡️ Location: Jurong East


Duties:

  • Maintain and develop internal support and call centre quality standards
  • Review a subset of customer service conversations calls & emails
  • Assess support interactions based on internal standards
  • Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedbacks
  • Analyse all customer service metrics and how the team’s performance affects the KPI’s
  • Create strategies to improve support KPI’s
  • Assist customer service with their performance in specific instructions and constant support
  • Map the need for training guidelines and programs for customer service
  • Monitor customer service performance and team level
  • Reports on customer service evaluation and performance to the Team Manager

✅ Requirements:

  • Able to start work immediately and commit to long term
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in courier/logistics/warehousing/import & export industry
  • Strong time management skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Ability to complete multitask within given timeline
