RecruitFirst is hiring Sourcing Support! You will be outsourced to:

📍Location: Joo Koon

💰Pay: Up to $2500

📅Duration: 1 year

⏰Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

✅Responsibilities:

• Handle all suppliers’ inquiries regarding orders, status, changes, invoice payments and cancellations.
• Create purchase orders and send them to vendors.
• Supervise orders and determine if product quantity is sufficient.
• Make appropriate adjustments to orders as needed.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records, and updated price lists.
• Track delivery times, and report any issues with product or delivery.
• Monitor status of orders and contracts.
