Mobile Allowance: $50-$70
Attendance Incentive: $300 (perfect attendance)
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) 9am to 1pm (Sat)
Working Location: Jurong East
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop internal support and call centre quality standards
• Review a subset of customer service conversations calls & emails
• Assess support interactions based on internal standards
• Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedbacks
• Analyse all customer service metrics and how the team’s performance affects the KPI’s
• Create strategies to improve support KPI’s
• Assist customer service with their performance in specific instructions and constant support
• Map the need for training guidelines and programs for customer service
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience is required for this position
• Strong time management skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Ability to complete multitask within given timeline
