🌗Timing: Mon to Fri office hours

🌐Duties:
• Monitor customer account and follow up with customer for payment and minimize debts.
• Review & Process Credit Term Extension Requests
• Prepare Statement of Accounts
• Process manual Suspension of services
• Handle Reconnection Requests from Customers/Sales Team
• Review Unset Blacklist Requests
• Review & Process Refund Requests
• Process Credit/Debit Transfers/NRC
• Handle Enquiries from customers and various internal departments
• Allocate Payments with or without Payment Instructions

‼️Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Business
• Good PC skills especially in Excel formulas and SAP
