Job Summary:
In charge of overall Financial Planning and Analysis job, assist Finance Controller for projects lead by Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the whole Financial Planning and Analysis activities in the whole Financial cycle.
- Financial cycles including: LRP (Long range plan) , Profit Plan, Quarterly forecast, month end closing, weekly CV, and Daily Sales report.
- Key Financial Planning and Analysis activities include Financial Statements (P&L, FCF) preparation, key drivers analysis (volume, PMR, P4G, working capital, etc), variance analysis (vs PP, vs LY, etc.), operations review deck preparation, etc.
- Preparation of Financial Summary submissions, key contact with Asia regional FP&A team on all FP&A matters
- Initiate and lead the process & template optimization and simplification in FP&A area
- Prepare analysis reports to business leaders: PMR report, by store performance analysis, by country performance, by category performance, by brand performance, etc.
- Lead the budget control
- Value chain analysis
- Lead continuous improvement projects defined by FC
- Ad-Hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Education Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance, business management
- Certification Advantage to have a CPA, ACCA or CFA
- Experience Proficiency of Accounting knowledge, Finance reporting, 3 year+ FP&A experience, Presentation, SAP, Excel, Powerpoint
- Competencies Problem Solving Communication and Leadership skill
