Working Hours:
- 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound/outbound calls from public on enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
- Communicate via telephone and email
- Record calls/details in CRM system

Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Min. Diploma in any field of study with good command of English
- Able to commit for the whole period
- Prior experience in Call Centre/Customer Service
