Patient Service Associates (Eye Clinic) (Attractive Salary Package + Clinic Hours)

Location: Central Singapore

Basic Salary: SGD 2400 - 3000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 830am – 530pm, Saturday 830am – 1230pm

Job Description:

• Provide patient relations, customer service and financial counselling to patient.
• Manage front desk reception duties and patients' queries such as patient enquiries, appointment schedule, keeping patients' rec.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for patients and advice on the necessary tests/investigations.
• Issue invoices and handle collection of various payment modes
• Perform e-filing for insurance and Medisave claims. Liaise with corporate insurance billing.
• Provide administrative support such as stock check and replenish stationary supplies. Informs and assist to order medical supplies.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses and internal departments on any clarification for patients' matters.
• Maintain operation needs of clinic and provide service to nurses/doctors/staff if required.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Candidate with 1-2 years of experiences in related field
• Must have insurance Claim experience.
