💎 Project Costing Analyst (Finance) 💎

📌Location: Ang Mo Kio
🔰Commitment: 1 year contract (convertible)
💰Salary (up to): $2500
🌗Working Hours: Mon to Fri office hours

🍀 Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Finance / Accounting
• At least 1 year of experience
• MUST BE GOOD IN EXCEL (vlookup, pivot table)

⚠️ Job Duties:
• Able to project P&L to monitor and track projects work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Able to project revenue & cost forecast.
• Able to review of vendor quotations for approval and clarifying service scope
• Able to issue Contracts, Purchase Orders and track deliveries from vendors.
• Able to preparing project closure documents and handover to maintenance team
• Able to review of financial reports
