Operations Support Officer

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
- Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment.
- Covering duties of other OSOs in their absence
- Locking and unlocking of classrooms / special rooms
- Arming and disarming of school
- Ad-hoc support when required
- Any other duties assigned by school leaders / Operations Manager(s); and
- Assist the administration of security procedures, i.e. sign-in / out for visitors.
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants should preferably have completed primary school education with some prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays - 6.00 am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.
- Fridays - 6.00 am to 3.00 pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
