💰$2000 - $2400 (based on experience) + HIGH OT

⛑Job scope:
Improving the facility's efficiency by reducing the risks in health and safety.
Monitoring facilities and utilities in the building and ensure in good conditions.
Carrying out general building maintenance.
Rectify faulty equipment.
Update required documents needed for maintenance department
Any adhoc duties assigned

📌Requirements:
Nitec/Diploma in M&E/Building Maintenance/ Civil Structural
Experience in BMS preferred
Knowledge of handling or using power tools
Singaporeans ONLY
Able to start ASAP
