CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

5 Days week

Mon-Fri (9-6 pm)

Location: Multiple

 Duties:

• Handling in and outbound calls and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers and relevant stakeholders through the appropriate channels.
• Resolving and acknowledging customer complaints within a short period.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. consistently. 
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

 Requirements: 

• Diploma holders.
• Singaporeans only.
• Have a positive and professional attitude 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words and Excel).
• Have initiative and ability to work independently.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization.
