You'll be outsourced to:
Duration: Immediate - 3 months/longer
Working Hours: 4 weekday + 1 weekend, rotating shift
👉 8 am - 5:30pm / 1:30pm - 11pm
Salary: $1450 + $40 shift allowance
JD:
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Resolve and follow up with customer queries
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Able to work rotating shift
- Prior customer service experience
