Jobs Responsibilities:

Assist to execute capability building plans and policies in alignment to workforce plan.

Assist in the implementation of varied learning intervention

Assist to track and analyse training statistics

Assist to study the effectiveness of L&D interventions and provide recommendation for improvement.

Handle HRD related administration and digitalisation efforts.

Requirements:

Singaporean Only

Minimum O/A/Diploma in any field or its equivalent
