HR Specialist

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Working hour: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm

Location: Walking distance from Marymount MRT

Job Descriptions:

-Provide support in managing all HR procedures and ensure smooth day to day HR operations.

-Perform a variety of human resources, personnel and office administrative tasks.

-In charge of the recruitment process from sourcing to arranging for interviews.

-Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, application for work passes, annual performance appraisal and training plans.

-Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Requirements:

-Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.

-At least 5 years working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.

-Good command of written and spoken Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking staff).

-Singaporean only
