Kitchen Assistant - Cutter 

Gross Salary: $2550 (Including OT)

Working Days/Time: 6 days’ work week / 60 hours per week (Overtime will be paid after 44 hours work week) 

Working Location: Punggol 

Job Scope: 

• Assist Chefs in the Kitchen Operations. 
• Prepare and determine right quantity of various ingredients for sauces.
• Stir-fry and cook dishes in the menu. 
• Quality control on the presentation of dishes prepared by all chefs. 
• Monitor the inventory level of all ingredients and notify the Chief Cutter when stock level is low. • Familiarise with all sauces and cooking methods for all food items. 
• Defrost and cut poultry, beef, and other meat items. 
• Anticipate the following day’s supplies and prepare appropriate quantity of ingredients. 
• Maintain inventory of stainless-steel cutlery used for sorting out various dishes. 
• Responsible for chopping chillies and garnishing 
• Receive orders issued by service staff and sort out ingredients for the dishes. 
• Strike off items on order-chits for completed dish. 
• To perform other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirement: 

• At least 3 years’ experience related experience. 
• Only Singaporean
