职位描述和要求：
- 至少2年以上中餐准备和烹饪经验
- 监督整个厨房操作，管理厨房人员
- 食品卫生认证，严格遵守安全标准和协议
- 确保在食品生产，份量控制和库存管理方面的公司控制程序得到全面实施
