Job Duties:

- Baking, Fondant Art and Cake Decorating in all aspects as required

- Conceptualize, execute and improve upon the range of products as required by Management.

- Meet and/or exceed the production standards as stipulated by the Management

- Be able to liaise with customers to discuss and develop individual designs.

- Lead and support the rest of the kitchen crew in their respective production stages
