Relationship Manager (Business Banking -b2b sales)

• • Gross salary $4-8k in this position, $10k+ is achievable  

• $2000 basic +attractive commission (additional $300 transport allowance provided if achieve sale target)

• Working day: 5 days, 
• Working hours: 9-6

• Relationship Manager for in-house SME Lending Products and Business Consultancy, offering various financing solutions for local SMEs/Corporates. 
• Build, manage and grow portfolio for generating sustainable revenue with company goals. 
• Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality. 
• Perform business development. 
• Achieve sales targets set by the company. 
• Source clients by actively cold-calling, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing credit/solution proposals and presentations, negotiating and establishing a strong relationship by providing trustworthy finance solutions to clients. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. 
• prefers that the candidates have at least 1 year experience in cold calling or B2B sales, with outgoing personality.
• Confident and aggressive. 
• Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Relevant experience in dealing with SMEs and with a proven record would be an advantage.
