Job Responsibilities:

•  Job duties include leading the team, conduct daily briefing, patrolling, protecting clients’ premise and access control
• Supervise a team of security personnel
•  Conduct OJT for new staff
•  Attends Management meetings, work closely with client’s representative and carry out instructions according to established SOP

Requirements:

• Possess valid PLRD license with PWM SS rank (completed PWM Supervisor Certificate)
• Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officers to meet the client's requirements
• Able to work 12 hours shift (Choice of permanent Day/Night shift, no need to rotate)
• PC literate and able to put up incident reports

^ Senior Security Officer (SSO) with relevant experience and certifications will be considered.
