You'll be outsourced to:
Location: Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT- Farrer park/ Lavender/ Boon Keng)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, office hours
Duration: Mid Aug to 1 year
Duties:
- Support execution of AP processes
- Process invoices and payments on a daily/weekly basis
- Assist in AP reconciliations and month/year-end tasks
- General office admin duties such as pantry management
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Experience in AP function
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers/ staff
