Occupation: Team Leader- Hospital Environment care 

Salary: Gross $1800-$2200

Location: 100 Bukit Timah roard

Working hour: 6 days, 6.30am-3.30pm/9am-5pm/1pm-9pm (with meal break)

Shift based on 44 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Oversee the operations for Visitor Management Services and plan weekly duty roster as well as manage the deployment of staff

-Oversee and monitor performance of staff to ensure service levels are met

-Manage resources including manpower, equipment and supplies in daily operation

-Handle complaints/ feedback and resolve issues by performing service recovery

-Disseminate operational updates/ information to staff promptly and accurately

-Conduct On-The-Job (OJT) and refresher training programs
