Jobs Responsibilities:

Creation of New Project Accounts and Loading of Budget

Budget Transactions and Closing of Project accounts

Process Research Project Grant Claims

Involved in planning on FA processes, establish a system of controls, procedures

Ensure all loss assets and loan asset are accounted and recorded.

Conduct review and reconciliation of the School physical assets vs the system records.

Review and ensure timely Asset records are updated

General Administrative and Handling Enquiries

Requirements:

Singaporean Only

Minimum Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or its relevant field

Experience in using SAP is a plus
