Responsibilities
Service recovery/Customer Service
- Handles customer complaints (VOC, emails, calls etc)
- Coordinates/interacts with different departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in timely manner.
- Make sure customer receives the highest level of customer service
- Provides prompt, courteous, professional & accurate responses to customers
- Ensures adherence to internal policies, procedures and practices
- Pitch new ideas/solutions to improve customer experience
- Investigates customer complaints
- Works directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support
Administrative tasks
- Prepares reports and analyze data
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or its equivalent
- Min 1 to 2 years of working experience preferably with previous experience in customer service/call center
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent in communication (both spoken & written)
- Attention to details
- Highly motivated and adaptable
- Good team player
- Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues
- Candidate who can commence work with short notice will be an added advantage
