Customer Relation Officer (CRO) 5-day Week/Alexandra / (RL)

Responsibilities

 

Service recovery/Customer Service

  • Handles customer complaints (VOC, emails, calls etc)
  • Coordinates/interacts with different departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in timely manner.
  • Make sure customer receives the highest level of customer service
  • Provides prompt, courteous, professional & accurate responses to customers
  • Ensures adherence to internal policies, procedures and practices
  • Pitch new ideas/solutions to improve customer experience
  • Investigates customer complaints
  • Works directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support

 

Administrative tasks

  • Prepares reports and analyze data
  • Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business or its equivalent
  • Min 1 to 2 years of working experience preferably with previous experience in customer service/call center
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent in communication (both spoken & written)
  • Attention to details
  • Highly motivated and adaptable
  • Good team player
  • Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer issues
  • Candidate who can commence work with short notice will be an added advantage
