Sales Administrative Assistant ( 1 year contract) - Town/5days

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales and relevant departments on contract/agreement details 
  • Manage contract administration such as account opening and termination
  • Correspond and arrange with clients on contract renewal 
  • Manage meter leasing and Customer Care Portal
  • Update and maintain records of clients' Contracts


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Meticulous and exercises a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to work independently and adapt to a fast paced environment
  • 1 Year contract (renewable/convertible) with benefits + bonus
