Fraud Specialist

❉Location: Somerset

❉Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-6pm

❉Duration: 1 year contract

❉Salary: Up to $2200/month

Job scope:

✨Perform analysis on customer profile and usages to identify suspicious transactions and unusual call patterns

✨Call customers for authentication

✨Liaise with internal departments on customers’ request/disputes

✨Conduct interviews for fraud investigation purposes

✨Suspend/resume services in system

✨Perform administrative work and follow up on ad-hoc system extractions

Job requirements:

✨Higher Nitec/Diploma

✨Preferably with admin experience

✨Comfortable with cold calling
