Finance Executive

❉Location: Tampines

❉Working Hours: Monday-Friday, office hours

❉Duration: 6 months contract

❉Salary: Up to $3100/month

Job scope:

✨ Responsible for Accounts Payable duties

✨Responsible for Fixed Asset related such as Construction in Progress (CIP) prior to capitalization  

✨Issue manual cheques, prepare and post payment vouchers as well as bank advices

✨Responsible for update of cashflow and bank reconciliation

✨Responsible for simple inventory costing report

✨Process monthly employees’ petty cash and travel claims

✨Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

✨Degree in Accounting

✨3 years of working experience in the Accounting field

✨Good knowledge of SAP accounting software
