Customer Service Officer
- This is a 1-year contract role with a 1-month completion bonus
- Able to convert to full-time based on performance
- Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)
Jobscope:
- Handle inbound calls on a daily basis in a call centre environment
- Handle customer enquiries about products
- Troubleshoot any complaints or feedback and direct them to the necessary department
- Act as the first line of problem-solving via phone from clients/customers
- Provide excellent customer service to give clients a good experience
- Provide feedback on how to constantly improve work productivity
Requirements:
- Pleasant attitude towards customer
- Passionate about customer services
- Able to communicate effectively
- Min Diploma of any discipline required
- Minimally 2 years of experience in customer service
- Call-centre experience advantageous
- Having BCP & PGI is advantageous
