What to Expect

We are looking for an upbeat individual with a results-oriented spirit and proven track record of b2b sales! The Account Executive participates in target account planning, development of presentations and sales propositions, negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. This is a perfect opportunity to take on a sales role in a rapidly growing tech company!

You will be responsible to drive, build prospects to maximise growth opportunities and generate additional revenue streams for WORKCLASS. You will build and maintain strong business relationships to accelerate sales growth through new client acquisitions, cross-sales and raise brand awareness in the industry.


  • Generating new opportunities within potential and existing clients in the SEA region
  • Taking charge of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to value building and closing. Quantify potential deal size and build a sales pipeline forecast in Salesforce.
  • Directly work with the Product team to drive changes based on the needs of clients
  • Develop deep understanding of industry needs


  • Min. 2 years of B2B Sales experience
  • Recruitment industry sales experience is a strong bonus
  • Regional (APAC/ASEAN) Enterprise Sales experience
  • Excellent Communication skills with a strong command of English (other languages are a bonus)
  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Good track record of over-achievement and driving growth
  • Can-Do attitude and growth mindset
  • Based in Singapore
