• Inputting of suppliers’ invoices and process credit notes/adjustments.
• Processing of payment.
• Matching of purchase orders with the suppliers’ invoices and input into the purchase ledger.
• Input of receipts and preparation of reminder letters.
• Generating the statement accounts for all the clients and ensuring the accuracy of the information.
• Support the processing of all general ledger journals for the closing of the month.
• Preparation of GST.
• Keeping and monitoring of Fixed Assets record. Generating the journal vouchers for the depreciation of the fixed assets for the respective month.
• Preparation of the sales and gross profit report.
• Generating the payment vouchers for petty cash disbursement to capture the transactions for the respective month.
• Filing of invoices, payment vouchers, letters, etc.
• Assisting in adhoc financial data extraction and analysis whenever necessary etc.
• Any other duties assigned by CFO and Finance Manager.
• Report to the Finance Manager
• Diploma in Accounting for Assistant
• Willing to work hard and have a lot of fun!
• Able to meet tight deadlines and produce accurate and detail work with quick turnaround
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
