Responsible for the full spectrum of general office administration in operations, procurement, finance/sales reporting.
Attend to inspections and queries from governing bodies, such as SFA, SCDF etc.
Consolidate daily feedback on delivery issues and goods return;
Prepare costing reports including maintenance/repairs and unusual expenditure;
Issue Invoices, Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders etc;
Coordinate with local logistic agents and overseas purchase agents and prepare all shipping/import/inventory receiving documents.
Tabulate costing for all imported inventories and reconcile Accounts Payable;
Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure operational efficiency and maintain an efficient records keeping system.
Point-of-contact with all internal stakeholders such as Finance, IT, A&P & Maintenance etc.
Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Diploma/Degree in business administration or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with not less than 3 years in a managerial position.
Knowledge of supply chain, production and food processing preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills able to interact with all level of staff
Excellent written skill in both English and Chinese to liaise with business associates and translate/issue notices.
Strong in Excel and ACCPAC accounting system
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge in Photoshop would be advantageous.
