Admin Assistant (Marine Industry) @ Pioneer - Near MRT

Responsibilities:

  • Admin duties – filing, typing, stock checking, etc
  • Answering phone calls
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Admin Assistant (Marine Industry) @ Tuas – Transport Provided @ CCK / Bukit Batok / Others

Responsibilities:

  • Receive visitors and lead them to the available meeting room and serve drinks.
  • Receive all incoming emails / faxes and disseminate to respective departments.
  • Perform general filing for the Admin Department and maintain good housekeeping.
  • Update and file the leave records and ensure accuracy.
  • Source & book the training course for staff in the company.
  • Maintain and update staff’s training records and ensure accuracy.
  • Make travel arrangement for staff in the company as needed.
  • Make hotel reservation for overseas visitors as needed.
  • Apply visa for staff and members from subsidiary companies and customers as needed.
  • Assist the Manager in purchase of office supplies and stationeries; control of stationeries and sundry items; update the log book and replenish stock as needed.
  • Assist the Manager in dealing with office’s sub-contractors.
  • Assist to arrange for local and overseas couriers of documents and parcels when necessary.
  • Take care of staff’s lunch orders collect payment from staff; ensure lunch box arrives in time.
  • General administration and co-ordination works

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • Training will be provided - an entry level role
  • Able to start work within short notice

Admin Assistant (Engineering Co) @ Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:

  • Issue invoicing
  • Support quotations and arrange and liaise with logistic/ transporter for the delivery and plan the delivery schedule.
  • Answering phone calls
  • Other admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min GCE' N' Level
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
