👨🏻‍💻 Alarm Monitoring Center Operator

💰 Up to $3100 gross
🌟 Medical + Hospitalisation + NTUC Union Membership 🌟

⏰ 7am to 7pm/7pm to 7am (rostered 4 days per week) 

📍 Changi Business Park

📌 Responsibilities:

☑️ Monitor alarms and incidents in APAC region and ensure prompt escalation to the relevant security managers.

☑️ Prepare with proper dissemination of reports.

☑️ Utilize security resources to respond to alarm activation and coordinate with local GSI/ GRE personnel.

☑️ Assist in security and administrative related matters.

⚠️ Requirements:

✅ Minimum Nitec in IT relevant modules (Computer or IT Skills)

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

✅ Candidate with a valid PLRD Security Officer License (with RTT) is a bonus!

✅ Able to commit to shift hours, weekends and PH
