Night Shift Maintenance Technician / Boiler Technician

Requirements:

- Higher/Nitec/Technical Trade in Electrical

- Minimum experience Electrician in factory

- Require to work on weekend/public holiday/ plant shutdown

Job Scope:

- Maintenance of machines, equipment’s, utilities, facility in a

timely and effective manner to ensure its validity avoid breakdown

- Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure

compliance with design and equipment specifications and

safety standards

- Carry out maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical,

automation, and instrumentation of equipment applied by

industrial motor controls, chemical feed systems, pump

drives, and the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition

(SCADA) system

- Carry out thermography of electrical distribution panels and motor control

- Troubleshoot problems by gathering and analyzing power

quality data

- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair

of machines, equipment’s, utilities, facility

- Perform maintenance of fire alarm and SCADA systems,

electrical pneumatic and electronic controls, programmable

controls, and other similar equipment

- Inspect and supervise work done by external vendors

- Support improvement projects to ensure optimize

performance of equipment & machinery maintenance/

engineering activities must be performed on a weekend/

public holiday/ plant shutdown to minimize production

disruption, personnel are required to be present accordingly

Salary: $1800 above (Depends on experience) + Shift Allowance + Incentives

Working Hour: - Night shift 11pm - 7pm
