Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to find new leads for acquiring of hosts
• Provide basic training for usage of platform for newly joined hosts
• Develop a strong sense of market developments in the social commerce industry so as to be better positioned to generate sales/host acquisition
• Develop and implement marketing strategies – product & promotion strategies with marketing management
• Constantly engage new and existing hosts to maintain good customers’ satisfaction
• Conduct new product release and development with customers.
• Any tasks as and when assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in a business development role preferred
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (in order to provide basic training for usage of platform for newly joined English and Mandarin speaking hosts and also, to conduct new product release and development with English and Mandarin speaking customers.)
• Good organisational skills and communication skills
• A team player able to interact with all levels of staff
• Cheerful personality with can-do spirit
• Proficient in multiple MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficient in google forms and google sheet
• Familiar with the usage of various messaging platforms like whatsapp, telegram etc
