Salary Package: Basic up to $3,200 + KPI Incentive (up to $500) + Shift allowances (up to $40 per shift)
International exposure to Oceania / Hindi / SEA / APAC market
Job Descriptions:
- Working hours: 5 work days per week

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales customer service support via LIVE chats & emails to corporate clients (B2B)
- Work closely with our partners to support advertising customers and deliver consultative support
- Gather clients & partners feedback to enhance customer experience
- Identify trends to enhance the partner support processess, optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma qualification in any related field
- LIVE chat / Web Chat/ Chat bots experiences is an added advantages
