Customer Service Associate -E-commerce industry/Logistic

Salary: $2200 - $2600
Location: Changi South
Working hour: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri) / 9am - 1pm (Alternate Sat)

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure data integrity for all inventory transactions updated into the system
• Liaison between clients and warehouse staff on all goods receipts and goods release
• Arranging and monitoring of goods collection and delivery
• Perform system inventory reconciliation, weekly cycle count and stock-take
• Issuance of GR, GI, Pick List and other documents for daily warehouse operations
• Update of activities and rates onto the system
• Periodical download or API of E-commerce orders onto the system for subsequent pick & pack purpose
• Prepare monthly billings to clients and KPI statistics
• Manage clients’ queries and complaint

Job Requirements:
√ Minimum O Level or Diploma holder
√ Experience in a 3PL environment & E-commerce fulfillment
√ Proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel spreadsheet)
√ Basic knowledge of warehouse management system
√ Knowledge of customs permits declarations.
