Position: Entry/Junior

Salary: $1700 - $2000

Working Hours: Mon - Sun (5.5 days rostered). Shift work (24/7 call center)

Job Scope:

- Handle inbound / outbound calls at a call center(Government project)

- De-escalate difficult situations when needed

Requirements:

- Able to commit at least 6 months or long term

- Minimum O Levels (4 passes), OR N levels with higher nitec in any field

- Able to start ASAP

- Singaporeans and PR only
